Return, Refund, Exchange and Cancellation Policy

RETURN POLICY

We strive to provide you with high-quality products that meet your expectations. Our return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and customer-centric.

Returns Accepted ONLY for Damaged Products

  • Contact Us: Send an email to support@thebridgestore.in within 3 days of receiving the product. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear pictures of the damaged product.
  • Review and Approval: Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. If approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions.
  • Return Shipping: Ship the damaged product back to us following the provided instructions. Ensure the product is securely packaged.
  • Replacement: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process to send a replacement, as per your preference.

Note: We tie-up with reliable and trusted delivery partners to ensure safe and secure shipping. However, some external variables are not under our control and may lead to delays in special circumstances.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We strongly advise referencing our size chart before selecting. Should you require further sizing information, we're readily available on our listed communication channels to assist with any details.

For Size Issues/Wrong Product(s) from our side: Exchanges and replacements (subject to availability) can be availed WITHIN 3 DAYS from when the product was received, and only if it is in perfect selling condition (unworn/unwashed).

For Faulty Product(s)/Quality Issues: Exchanges and replacements (subject to availability) can be availed WITHIN 3 DAYS from when the product was received. Please let us know the problem and follow the steps mentioned in 'RETURN POLICY'.

ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA

  1. The exchange/replace product(s) should be sent in the original packaging and all the tags must be included and unbroken/untorn.
  2. Products should be unworn or unused or unwashed.
  3. All products will be inspected thoroughly before an exchange/replace is processed. Items that are found worn/used/unsellable, will be rejected and returned back to you.

REFUND POLICY

Eligibility for Refund:

  1. Refunds will be issued for approved returns of damaged or defective products only.
  2. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  3. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of placement. In such situation, a full refund would be initiated to the origin of payment. After this timeframe, the order is considered confirmed, and the standard return policy applies (read RETURN POLICY).

Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of unforeseen circumstances, stock unavailability, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. In such cases, you will be promptly notified, and a full refund will be processed to the origin account.
